Vitamin E (Alpha-Tocopherol) At Home Test Kit
Vitamin E (Alpha-Tocopherol) At Home Test Kit
Couldn't load pickup availability
At-home finger-prick test measuring alpha-tocopherol, the main active form of vitamin E.
What this test measures
Alpha-tocopherol concentration from a dried blood spot sample.
Why these markers matter
Vitamin E is a fat-soluble antioxidant found in cell membranes, where it's involved in protecting lipids from oxidation. Because it's carried on blood lipids, results are read alongside cholesterol — someone with higher lipids will tend to carry more vitamin E, which is context rather than a separate finding.
What you get
Kit posted to you with lancet, card and return envelope. Results in your private dashboard, typically one to two weeks after collection.
Before you collect
Note any vitamin E supplements. If you've had lipids measured recently, have that result handy for your practitioner.
Who this suits
People working with a practitioner on antioxidant or fat-soluble vitamin status.
Your next step
Once you have your results, book with a Canwell naturopath, nutritionist or practitioner to talk them through and build a wellness plan that suits you. Book with Canwell
