Seven blood tests covering cortisol, DHEAS, thyroid function, blood count, blood sugar, magnesium and hs-CRP.
What this panel includes
7 tests covering 23 biomarkers: Cortisol; DHEAS; Fasting Glucose; Full blood count with ESR; hs-CRP; Magnesium; Thyroid Function Test.
Why these markers matter
Cortisol and DHEAS are the adrenal hormones most often discussed when stress comes up. Thyroid function, blood sugar, magnesium and a general inflammation marker are usually looked at alongside, because they also shape how energetic or depleted you feel. A single blood cortisol is a snapshot of one moment, which is why timing matters.
Before you collect
Some markers in this panel (glucose, insulin and lipids) are best measured after a 10–12 hour fast. Water is fine. Collect in the morning where you can — several hormones follow a daily rhythm, and morning samples make results easier to compare over time.
What you get
Every result is reported in your private dashboard in plain language, against its reference range. Blood results typically arrive within a few business days; kit results can take two to three weeks.
Who this suits
People who want a first look at stress-related markers in one blood collection.
