At-home finger-prick panel measuring IgG antibodies to foods common in Asian cuisines.
What this test measures
IgG antibody levels against a food list weighted toward Asian cuisines, from a dried blood spot sample.
Why these markers matter
[Standard framing paragraph above.] Standard food panels are built around a Western diet. If your diet is largely Asian, a standard panel tests a lot of foods you rarely eat and misses many you do — which makes the result less useful whatever your view of the method.
What you get
Kit posted to you with lancet, collection card and return envelope. Results in your private dashboard, typically two to three weeks after collection.
Before you collect
Keep eating normally in the weeks beforehand.
Who this suits
People whose regular diet is predominantly Asian, working with a practitioner.
Your next step
Once you have your results, book with a Canwell naturopath, nutritionist or practitioner to talk them through and build a wellness plan that suits you. Book with Canwell
