Why these markers matter

As above: hair incorporates minerals and metals during growth, so a sample reflects several months rather than a moment. Interpretation is debated, and hair treatments affect results. Level 1 covers the core markers. If it raises something worth pursuing, Level 2 adds depth.

What you get

Kit posted to you with scissors, a sample envelope and instructions. Results in your private dashboard, typically two to three weeks after collection.

Before you collect

Cut close to the scalp at the back of the head. Avoid collecting soon after colouring, bleaching or chemical treatment.
