Bone Health Panel: Basic
Bone Health Panel: Basic

Five blood tests on the markers that support bone: calcium, phosphate, active vitamin D, and liver and kidney function.
What this panel includes
5 tests covering 18 biomarkers: Active Vitamin D; Calcium; Electrolytes, kidney and liver function; Full blood count; Phosphate.
Why these markers matter
Calcium and phosphate balance is regulated by vitamin D, with the kidneys playing a central role; alkaline phosphatase in the liver panel also relates to bone turnover. These tests describe that system. They don't measure bone density — that needs a DEXA scan.
Before you collect
No fasting needed unless your practitioner asks. Stop high-dose biotin supplements 48 hours before, as biotin can affect some hormone assays.
What you get
Every result is reported in your private dashboard in plain language, against its reference range. Blood results typically arrive within a few business days; kit results can take two to three weeks.
Who this suits
People who want to check the building blocks of bone health, particularly with limited sun exposure or dietary changes.
