50 biomarkers built around training load — hormones, recovery markers, iron, thyroid and muscle enzymes.
What this test measures
Fifty biomarkers: anabolic and stress hormones (total, free and bioavailable testosterone, free androgen index, SHBG, cortisol, DHEAS, growth hormone, IGF-1, LH, FSH, oestradiol, progesterone, prolactin); thyroid function (TSH, free T3, free T4); muscle and tissue markers (creatine phosphokinase, LDH); full blood count with differential and ESR; iron studies with ferritin; liver and kidney function; magnesium and phosphate; and inflammation markers including hs-CRP.
Why these markers matter
Training is a stress the body adapts to — until it doesn't. The markers that describe that balance are measurable: the ratio of anabolic to stress hormones, whether iron stores are keeping up with demand, whether muscle enzymes are elevated from recent load, how thyroid is signalling. The useful thing here isn't a single reading. It's tracking the same markers across a season and seeing which way they're heading relative to your own baseline. Timing matters: creatine phosphokinase and several hormones respond to recent training. Collect after a rest day, and be consistent about it if you're comparing over time.
What you get
All 50 markers against their reference ranges in your private dashboard, in plain language. Typically a few business days after collection.
Who this suits
Athletes and people training seriously who want to see how their body is handling load.
