The basic alcohol set plus clotting studies, lipase, zinc and an at-home glutathione index — 15 tests, 35 biomarkers.
What this panel includes
15 tests covering 35 biomarkers: Active Vitamin B12; Albumin; Coagulation studies (INR, PT, APTT); Fasting Glucose; Full blood count with ESR; Glutathione Index (at-home finger-prick kit); HbA1c; hs-CRP; Lipase; Lipid studies (cholesterol panel); Magnesium; Thyroid Function Test; Vitamin B1 (thiamine); Folate (serum); Zinc.
Why these markers matter
Clotting times reflect proteins made by the liver, lipase relates to the pancreas, and glutathione is one of the body's main antioxidants. Together with the basic markers they give a fuller baseline to track over time. Liver enzymes aren't included — add a Liver Function Test if you want those.
Before you collect
Some markers in this panel (glucose, insulin and lipids) are best measured after a 10–12 hour fast. Water is fine. Avoid alcohol for 24–48 hours beforehand unless your practitioner advises otherwise. The glutathione index is a finger-prick kit posted to you.
What you get
Every result is reported in your private dashboard in plain language, against its reference range. Blood results typically arrive within a few business days; kit results can take two to three weeks.
Who this suits
People who want the most complete alcohol-related baseline we offer.
